Sunday into Monday Meme

Me and My Shadow

This is the post I was meaning to write yesterday when I clicked the “Publish” button prematurely. Sorry about that.

The following questions come from the last third of a meme offered up at Sunday Stealing blog (this blog steals memes they like and then passes them on to us all). Thank you, Sunday Stealing.

In your opinion, what makes a great relationship?

L-O-V-E; and…not expecting the other person to be exactly like you; being a good listener; showing forgiveness; sharing some common interests; AND, EQUALLY IMPORTANT:

How did/could someone win your heart?

By speaking honestly from his heart, unfiltered.

In your world, what brings on more creativity?

Continuity (the more time you spend creating art, the more fluid the process); belief in yourself (no self-censorship; no worrying about what others think); and if that doesn’t work:

What is the single best decision you have made in your life so far?

Grad school.

Why did you break up with your last ex?

What would you want to be written on your tombstone?

I’m dead. You’re not.

What is your favorite word?

Mellifluous.

Give me the first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the word: delusional.

What is a saying you use a lot?

Give me a break!

What is your current desktop picture?

The Peconic Bay on Long Island.

If you could press a button and make anyone in the world explode, who would it be?

What would be a question where you’d not tell the truth?

If someone asked me: Do I look old?

One night you wake up because you hear a noise. You turn on the light to find that you are surrounded by WEEPING ANGELS. The Weeping Angels aren’t really doing anything, they’re just standing around your bed. What would you do?

You accidentally eat some radioactive vegetables. They were good, and what’s even cooler is that they endow you with the super-power of your choice! What is that power?

You can re-live any point of time in your life. The time-span can only be a half-hour, though. What half-hour of your past would you like to experience again?

ANY half hour of this concert:

You can erase any horrible experience from your past. What will it be?

Watching this movie:

You have the opportunity to sleep with the music-celebrity of your choice (let’s say that you are both single and available). Who might it be?

In the movie Bye Bye Birdie, I’d be Kim MacAfee and he’d be Conrad Birdie:

You just got a free plane ticket to anywhere. You have to depart right now. Where are you gonna go?

Cornwall, England

Do you have any relatives or friends in jail?

Mr. Bates from Downton Abbey

Who’s winning the next U.S. Presidential election?

Probably Barack.

If the whole world were listening to you right now, what would you say?
